The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

Agreement to the publication of articles

I am (Name) posting my original articles and research reviews in an e-journal owned by “Genesis. Frontier. Science” LLC, authorize the processing and publication of original articles and scientific reviews, processing of personal data, namely:

  1. name;

  2. the place of work, city and country where the place of work is located;

  3. contact information (email);

  4. research identifiers (ORCID);

to the editorial office of the Journal hereinafter referred to as the Operator (85, Geologov St. apt. 2, Astrakhan, Russia) on the following terms and conditions:

  1. The author submits original articles, research reviews and personal data for publication in the journal.

  2. The author gives consent for the following processing: proofreading, editing, formatting, and programming of original articles and scientific reviews by the Operator, as well as the collection, storage, refinement, update, modification, and use of their personal data for the following actions, which make the listed personal data publicly available:

    • publication of original articles, research reviews, and personal data in the Operator's journal, located on the https://jfs.today website

    • posting of original articles, research reviews, and personal data on the Scientific Electronic Library eLibrary.ru website and in the Russian Index of Science Citation (RISC) database;

    • posting of original articles, research reviews, and personal data in international citation systems.

  1. The Operator undertakes to use the Author's personal data exclusively for the processing of original articles and research reviews. The Operator may disclose any information to law enforcement agencies upon an official request in cases established by law in the Author's country of residence.

  2. The author consents to the Operator transferring the processing of personal data to the chief editor of the Operator's journal, Serguey N. Yakushenkov

  3. The author confirms that the original articles and research reviews submitted to the Operator's journal have not been previously published in other publications.

  4. This consent applies to all original articles, research reviews, personal data, and accompanying documents, including this Agreement, submitted by the Author to the Operator's journal personally, in electronic form, via the Internet, or by mail.

  5. The consent for personal data processing is given for 5 (five) years. The consent may be withdrawn by sending a written notice to the Data Operator with a request to cease the processing of personal data.

I am (Author/Main author) enclosing herewith an article entitled(title) submitted to the Journal of Frontier Studies for possible evaluation.

With the submission of this manuscript I would like to undertake that the above mentioned manuscript has not been published elsewhere, accepted for publication elsewhere or under editorial review for publication elsewhere. I warrant that the article is the Authors' Original Work.

I attest to the fact that the author/ authors listed on the title page have contributed significantly to the work, have read the manuscript, attest to the validity and legitimacy of the data and its interpretation, and agree to its submission to the Journal of Frontier Studies. I accept that the Chief Editors’ decisions over the acceptance or rejection or in the event of any breach of the Ethics Statement in the Journal of Frontier Studies being discovered of retraction are final.
