In line with the principles promoted by the open access movement, our scientific journal commits to providing open and free access to published materials, thereby enhancing knowledge exchange at a global level.
Our open access policy is based on the following principles:
1. Free Access. We provide full and free access to published articles immediately upon their publication. Readers can freely view, download, and use the content of articles, abiding by the rules of citation.
2. Archiving. We maintain a permanent archive of our journal for the long-term preservation of publications.
3. Use and Distribution. Materials published in our journal can be freely used for personal, scientific, educational, or research purposes provided that the source is acknowledged.
4. Licensing. All articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing others to distribute, mix, adapt, and build upon the work, even for commercial purposes, as long as they credit the original work and indicate the license of the original work.
We believe that open access contributes to global knowledge exchange, accelerating and simplifying the process of learning, scientific research, and innovative development.
All issues of the e-journal and all materials published in it are freely available in the “Current Issue” and “Archive” sections of our web-site. When copying any such content the users must make a link to the e-journal or a reference to the author(s) of the specific paper.
All authors of articles and/or other materials published in the e-journal assign to us a right to upload these open-access materials to our web-site in the Internet, by agreeing to the publication and signing a statement and a copyright license to this effect.
No fee for publication is ever charged to users, authors or their organizations.
An editorial fee is charged for each article.
